Who is responsible

Vilqor is responsible for the personal data described here. Contact: support@vilqor.com.

When you buy

Paddle.com, our reseller and the Merchant of Record, takes your payment. We never see your card details. Paddle shares with us your name, email address, country and order details, and we use them to deliver your download, send you updates to what you bought and answer your questions. Paddle’s own privacy notice covers the payment.

When you write to us

We keep your email and our reply so we can help you, and delete them when they are no longer needed.

This website

This site sets no cookies and runs no analytics. It is hosted on Cloudflare, which keeps short-lived server logs (such as IP address and browser) to keep the site secure. Our live demos count visits and reading without cookies and without collecting personal data.

Who else handles your data

Paddle (payments and invoices), Cloudflare (hosting and file delivery) and Google Workspace (our email). We don’t sell your data or share it for advertising.

How long we keep it

Order details for as long as you can download and update what you bought, and as long as tax law requires.

Your rights

You can ask us what data we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, or object to how we use it. Write to support@vilqor.com. If you are in the EU or UK, you can also complain to your data protection authority.

Changes

We may update this policy and will change the date above when we do.
