Who we are

Vilqor makes and sells landing page templates. You can reach us at support@vilqor.com.

Our reseller

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns. Paddle’s buyer terms apply to your payment.

What you buy

You buy a licence to use a template, delivered as a zip file with its source code. What you may and may not do with it is set out in the licence: in short, any number of sites for yourself or for your clients, but you may not resell or share the template itself.

Prices and tax

Prices are in US dollars. Paddle adds sales tax or VAT at checkout where your country requires it, and sends you the invoice.

Delivery

Right after payment you get a download link on screen and by email. If it does not arrive, write to support@vilqor.com with the email address you paid with.

Updates and support

Updates to the template you bought are free: your download link always gives the latest version. We answer questions about the template and fix bugs in its code by email. Custom design or development work is not included.

Refunds

You can ask for a full refund within 14 days of your purchase. See the refund policy.

No warranty

Templates are provided “as is”, without warranty of any kind. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for any damages arising from their use, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid.

Changes

We may update these terms. The version published when you made your purchase applies to it.
